Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and even dessert. Each meal has been carefully created with blood sugar balance, nutrient density, and ease of preparation in mind. It's my mission to simplify healthy eating for busy women, and I hope this 7-day meal plan helps you achieve just that.

My recipes are naturally gluten, grain, dairy, and soy free. Each meal contains a balance of protein, healthy fat, fiber, and color. You'll even receive a shopping list you can take with you to the store or plug into Instacart.

Friday night dinner and Sunday lunch have been intentionally left blank as open meals. Feel free to mix and match leftovers as desired or change up the order of meals for the week.

I hope you'll see this meal plan as a tool and resource that is life giving. Going into each week with a plan for healthy eating is my not-so-secret weapon as a homeschooling, working mom trying to wear a lot of hats. I want to fuel my family with healthy food but don't want to be a slave to the kitchen. Meal planning is the key to doing that successfully!
