Knowing how to optimally feed and nourish myself was not something I knew how to do when I entered motherhood. The more kids we added to the mix the more hectic life became and I quickly found myself caught in the stressful space of knowing my choices could be better but lacking the know-how to improve.

THE PROBLEM IS...

Most of us know that preparing and eating more meals at home is a healthier way of life, but the reality is that your life is busy and you may have to eat a certain number of meals on-the-go each week.

You want to eat healthier but don’t know if that’s possible with your packed schedule, and the whole process of making a change feels overwhelming. Plus, your kids are picky eaters and getting the whole family to change their eating habits is a mountain you’re not ready to climb.

You often resort to the ease of delivery or the drive-thru because you’re just trying to make it through one day at a time. You keep telling yourself you’ll figure out how to eat better “once things calm down”, but the truth is you’ve been saying that for years.
