Hi, I'm Lindsay!

As a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, I teach you how to make your diet work FOR you, turning off hunger hormones and balancing blood sugar to increase energy and expedite weight loss. I also look beyond food to coach you about mindset, the missing piece that most nutritionists overlook.

As a wife, business owner, and mom of three, I know loads of tips, tricks and hacks to help you practically manage this whole eating healthy thing. I also know how to bust all your best excuses and can lovingly (something with tough love!) keep you on track because I am invested in your success too.

This program is for you if you're-

  • Looking for accountability and support towards reaching your goals.
  • Experiencing frustration that comes from knowing you could be making healthier choices but not knowing exactly what those are.
  • Needing some encourgement and motivation to get back into healthy habits following the holidays.
FAQ's
Q: Do I have to eat a specific meal plan or cook from your recipe book?

A: Absolutely not! Everything I supply is an optional resource. No matter what your eating style is (vegan, vegetarian, paleo, keto, etc) you will thrive during this program.


Q: When are the Live calls each day?

A. I'll be going LIVE on Zoom every day, January 2nd - 6th, at 9am PST / 10am MST / 11am CST / 12pm EST.


Q: Do I have to be on camera on Zoom where everyone can see me?

A: Absolutely not! You can be in "listen mode" with your camera off but still able to hear and see me. You can also type questions into the chat.


Q: Do I have to be on Facebook?

A: Nope! I will have an optional Facebook group for those who would benefit from the community support but you can fully participate in the program without Facebook.


Q: Do you require me to exercise every day?

A: I recommend setting aside 20 minutes each day during this program for movement. You can walk, stretch, or do a more intense workout. It's up to you!
