Q: Do I have to eat a specific meal plan or cook from your recipe book?
A: Absolutely not! Everything I supply is an optional resource. No matter what your eating style is (vegan, vegetarian, paleo, keto, etc) you will thrive during this program.
Q: When are the Live calls each day?
A. I'll be going LIVE on Zoom every day, January 2nd - 6th, at 9am PST / 10am MST / 11am CST / 12pm EST.
Q: Do I have to be on camera on Zoom where everyone can see me?
A: Absolutely not! You can be in "listen mode" with your camera off but still able to hear and see me. You can also type questions into the chat.
Q: Do I have to be on Facebook?
A: Nope! I will have an optional Facebook group for those who would benefit from the community support but you can fully participate in the program without Facebook.
Q: Do you require me to exercise every day?
A: I recommend setting aside 20 minutes each day during this program for movement. You can walk, stretch, or do a more intense workout. It's up to you!
